Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:

• High School diploma or general education degree or its equivalent;
• 1-2 years in a similar position. Experience in a five star hotel/high volume restaurant is an advantage;
• Ability to communicate and work in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a big plus;
• Ability to understand guest needs and to deliver superior customer service;
• Ability to understand the flow of service and handle multiple tasks effectively;
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times;
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities;
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
