My name is Elena, I am a yoga, aerial yoga and myofascial release instructor. My experience in this field is 7 years. At the moment I work in the best and largest fitness club in the city. My responsibilities include conducting group yoga and airyoga classes (groups from 5 to 25 people). Group classes on myofascial release in groups of up to 12 people. Conducting classes on breathing practices in mini-groups up to 5 people. Rehabilitation of clients after injuries, spinal diseases, after covid-19. I also conduct individual yoga classes with clients., I speak Russian and English. In this current situation in Russia, I am looking for work in other countries. I will consider all possible options.
