My name is Elena, I am a yoga, aerial yoga and myofascial release instructor. My experience in this field is 7 years. At the moment I work in the best and largest fitness club in the city. My responsibilities include conducting group yoga and airyoga classes (groups from 5 to 25 people). Group classes on myofascial release in groups of up to 12 people. Conducting classes on breathing practices in mini-groups up to 5 people. Rehabilitation of clients after injuries, spinal diseases, after covid-19. I also conduct individual yoga classes with clients.
I speak Russian and English. In this current situation in Russia, I am looking for work in other countries. I will consider all possible options.

I have a calm and cheerful nature, good looks and I really love my job and my students. My students feel it and go to my training with joy and pleasure. The emotions of my clients are the best advertisement for my workouts.
