I was working in travel company like a company representetive (hotel guide) in different destinations (Turkey, Thailand, Egypt) from 2015-2022. Main responsibilities were: meeting guests at the hotels, helping with cheek-in/cheek-out (Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakhstanis, Belarusians, Moldovans guests), preparing and making information meetings for company guests in different hotels, giving information and consultation about delete flights, selling excursions and services of company, helping for guests 24 hours, doing company reporting.
