Work Experience Founder and Executive Director of the International Charity Foundation “ICAN”, 2016 - 2022 Now I continue to be the founder of the project. ICAN is a project that gives people with special needs a place to work, develop and realize in society. Supports children with special needs and their families. The school brought together 45 students and more than 35 teachers from different regions of Ukraine and the world. 2020 author of the fundraising project "ICAN Sale" which helped to close most of the budget of summer camps. During the summer season, the project helped raise between $ 2,000 and $ 5,000 for summer camps. In 2021, I initiated and conducted together with a team of volunteers the first camp for teenagers with disabilities in Ukraine. This is a unique experience shared with Ukrainian projects and other teams. The Day Center for Children with Disabilities was established. Up to 35 children from crisis families in Kyiv studied at the center at different times. Three graduates of the center in 2021 entered schools and universities. created an inclusive weekend club for children with disabilities and their families.
