Electrical Design Engineer 01/2019 - Present Renaissance Construction Responsibilities: • Optimization of engineering solutions made at the preliminary design stage. • Management of the development of construction documents, including working documentation, shop drawings and as-built drawings for LV and ELV systems. • Coordination of the engineering solutions within the MEP team, and with the teams of architects and structural engineers. • Coordination with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure project completion on time. • Verification of the construction documentation with the client. • Negotiating and problem solving with the client’s representatives • Negotiating and establishing strong relationship with suppliers and subcontractors • Preparation of design progress reports, RFIs and MAFs. • Selection of equipment and materials for further procurement. • Cooperation with site engineers for resolving problems during the installation and commissioning of equipment.
