I have two degrees. The first one is the economics of the enterprise, faculty "Management of labor resources". For more than 10 years I have devoted myself in HR. The desire to get a second education, an MBA, came when I had more than 100 people under my command and I needed to understand what to do with all this “happiness”.
The position of HR director taught me how to effectively interact with people.
For the last 3 years, I have held the position of COO in a large advertising company. My main task as an operating director has been to reduce costs and increase profits for the branch. I also had my own projects for which I was responsible.

I am a supporter of a healthy lifestyle with jogging in the morning and physical activity. I with my son regularly play tennis together. I have a big family and family traditions are very important for me. We loved to get together, have BBQ and play board games.
My biggest passion is the love of travel. The ocean power and the beauty of nature inspire me. On trips, I can create, learn new culture and traditions.
Despite my previous experience in management deep down I have an artist and creative person. Previously, my manifestation of creativity was expressed in painting pictures on canvas or organizing major events in Ukraine. It was work for the soul!
Also, I like to study and learn something new to read business literature and watching interesting movies.
