I monitor the quality of coffee, food and service. I also work as an Operations Director. I proud our rst coffee shop which successworks since 2014. In 2021, we opened a specialty coffee shop for our partners in the historical center of Kolomna. We completed the project, including the menu, marketing research, staff training.
