Technical Director 09.2010 – current time INAGRORPOM Location: Dnipro  Control of work on restoration of injection molds for injection molding of plastic products on injection molding machines.  Programming the burn-through with electrodes on CNC EDM machines.  Developmet and design of new spare parts and molds.  Design of 3D models, spare parts and molds in CAD software.  Preparation of detailed shopfloor drawings.  Preparation of BOMs required for individual projects.  Check of manufactured parts from molds for compliance with drawings and other specifications.  Reading and interpretation of drawings and specifications.  Definition of all the necessary processing strategies, operations and tools.

Most important facts about me:  I have extensive experience in design, modeling and production of metal and plastic products with complex configuration.  I am developing postprocessors for various CNC systems on CAM Power Mills.  Over 15 years of experience in SolidWorks, Pro \ Engineer, Power Shape, Solid CAM, Art CAM, Power Mill.  For over 15 years I have been programming and operating 3-axis CNC milling machines Fanuc, Sinumeric, Wlabs, Balt System, CNT.  Thanks to my knowledge of manufacturing technology, CAD-CAM software, the use of optimal cutting tools and cutting speed, I was able to double and speed up the production of plastic injection molds.
