Security supervisor Duties: • To prepare and verify the readiness of the shift on duty • To instruct newly hired security guards at the workplace • To instruct the shift on duty, during which to set the upcoming shift specific tasks for the protection of the facility, paying attention to the need to comply with safety and labor protection rules. • Check posts and specialists according to the schedule of checks. • To control (check) the condition of posts, the availability and storage procedure of goods and materials, knowledge and fulfillment by security guards of their functional duties and job descriptions and documentation. • Check the operability of communication systems, surveillance, alarm and fire extinguishing in case of malfunctions take measures to eliminate them. • Supervise and oversee security functions in an organization. • Provide security to office staff, buildings and properties • Leading and directing the investigations of accidents, thefts, property loss and unlawful activities. • Directing and overseeing the implementation of all safety and security programs for the purpose of providing protection and a sense of well-being to all guests and team members. • Responding to security incidents and accidents, and completing required reports to include statements from involved parties. • Adhering to the enforcement of all policies and procedures of the company. 01.2021 Falcon Security Services (KZ, Atyray/Tengiz) Emergency operator of security department Duties: • Member of emergency management team • Respond to emergencies; coordinate the emergency management team (fire alarm, workplace injuries, property theft). • Participation in emergency drills • Сollecting information from the object and compiling a report (Incidents, construction works and other) in two languages (Russian-English) • Drawing up a transport report (arrival / departure, quantity of vehicles) • Participation in trainings • Act as an interpreter with the company's clients • Represent the interests of the company • Participation in investigations (injuries, thefts, violations) • Work with the video surveillance, fire alarm systems • Oral and written inquiries, and receipt in the prescribed manner from other employees of the company, materials, documents, information • Inspect and patrol premises regularly, monitor property entrance • Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
