On the workplace I perform the following duties:
- implementation of information-technical support of business applications clients with ticket-system Jira SW using;
- business applications testing;
- assignment of tasks to the development departure after the identified business applications` incidents;
- conducting of information services trainings or vebinars;
- typification of support tasks;
- taking part in analytical condition of information system;
- participation in project activities;
- configuration, key modules configuration and all information systems administration ;
- formation of a service development strategy;
- maintaining a register of critical incidents;
- coordination of the process of solving critical problems and global incidents;
- implementation of optimization of labor costs;
- replacement of the head of the direction;
-demo and user training organization;
- the documentation process organization;
- participation in product validation.

Reception and primary classification of requests (phone, email, Help Desk);
- user problem analysis and remote diagnostics (TeamViewer; Mini Remote Control);
- providing advice and assistance to the user in solving a technical problem;
- writing SQL queries to analyze an existing technical problem, as well as providing data unloading according to business requirements, writing structurally complex SQL queries;
- searching of the technical documentation;
- description of error reproduction scenarios for interaction with development, creation of incidents;
- compiling a knowledge base, writing instructions in the Confluence information system;
- managing employee accounts, basic administration, providing access to network drives and shared folders;

Logs analysis in KIBANA, uploading information based on analysis, incidents and bags decision.
Validation organization experience, preparation of necessary documentations, minutes and testing plans, writing and making OQ-tests.
