Follow up Contractor and Subcontractor module fabrication within a discipline;
Control and witness the scope of performed works;
Check the execution of consealed works;
Analize and implement technical solutions aimed at optimizing the construction methods;
In order to maintain the dynamics, identify and prioritize aspects with potentially negative impact of
manufacturing;
Ensure work performance by discipline in accordance with the schedule and desing;
Follow up compliance with the safety rules during construction;
Manages the EPC Contractor in module fabrication and interacting with the Subcontractor within the
discipline;
Provide expert and methodology support during module fabrication within competence;
Develop actions to recover schedule delays;
Make sure that desing documents of Contractors / Subcontractors are complete up-to-date and of
high quality;
Control the following:
- receiot of materials for module fabrication by discipline;
- work performance in compliance with desing documentation, Construction codes and rules, and other regulatory documents within the discipline;
- compliance with approved sequance of process operations;
Contractor's fabrication progress within a discipline;
Submit Supervision reports, reports of work schedule deviations found, and make proposals on
elimination and prevention of re-occurrences;
Issue instructions of Contractor and follow up the corrective actions if necessary;
Timely inform a line Manager about breaches within competence;
Prepare weekly and daily reports on Contractor's performance, maintain statistics on the discipline
work progress, confirm the actual progress reports;
Inform about the ircumstances which prevent from duly fulfillment of job duties;
Take part in the technical Supervision group and Contractor meetings for the issues raleted to the
work performance by discipline;
Not disclose any confidential information accessed while working for Company, srictly follow the
protocol of confidential information handling, protecting any such information within authority;
Observe the internal employment regulations, rules and codes of ocupational health, fire safety,
industrial safety, invironmental safety, sanitary and hygiene, work hierarchy, business and
professional ethics;
Fulfill the orders, written and oral instructions, job tasks and management instructions, provided that
these are in line with the terms and conditions of the employment Contract.
