• Preservation process implementation for equipment, preservation materials and procedures application on site. Basic trouble shooting of valves and control systems. • Mechanical experience in commissioning job for seawater system, Centrifugal pumps, Base oil system, Plant air system, Compressors, Diesel oil system, Fresh water system, HP wash down system, Non Hazardous open drain, Hazardous open drain, Instrument air system, Plant air system, Drilling workshop equipment lab & storage, Drag chains, Tank cleaning system, Cranes ,hoist and manual handling systems. • Installation of valves as per procedure • properly apply and calibrate, positioners and digital valve controllers • change valve trim, gaskets and packing • Seat Leak testing. • Re-facing, Re-Seating and Re-Packing. • Valve Types - ball, globe, butterfly, gate, plug, check, excess flow, vent type. • Materials and tools managing, offshore supply with materials, providing with contacts and working information between subcontractors and operator. • Good knowledge of oil and gas related HSEQ working practices and procedures including BP permit to work system, good safety awareness and knowledge of BP's Golden Rules
