Principal job functions:
- Produce monthly rosters for airline crew (including en route training) that complies with the legal FTL scheme and the policies of the Crew Planning Manual. Provide assistance to the Crew Control team in managing changes affecting en route training on the live roster.
- Take ownership of the rosters to be planned and published for a group of crew, as delegated by the Crew Planning Manager (specified by particular positions/bases/fleets- yearly rotation).
- Create legal crew routes for ferry flights and assign KC and non- KC routes for crew (arrange visas, block seats)
- Check expiry dates for DCA Validation, License, MED6/12/24, CRM, checks and etc.
- Complete manual adjustments of line training/line checks in accordance with the LTUS programs (Line training under supervision: planning CP/TRI/TRE upgrades, conversions and ab-initio pilots) with appropriate training indicators and report to Crew Planning Supervisor.
- Utilise the automatic assignment functionality of the system for best results (report to Crew Planning Supervisor for potential issues of the coverage of the flights and standbys)
- Run report for validation reports and check/fix the violations for current roster and check the pre-publication to fix crew roster with effectiveness below threshold, if any.
- Publish/copy the scenario of the roster after approval for all ranks at once.

- Monitor and update visa expiration dates for all airline pilots and
management pilots
- Put restrictions and pre-assign appropriate codes in the system (Aims) before the deadline
