-Troubleshooting. Quickly and effectively resolve software and hardware issues, including desktops, laptops;
-Documentation. Maintain detailed records of support requests, solutions, and system changes that can be used in the future and to improve the support process;
-Configuration and Installation. Set up and configure new hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices;
-Collaborative Support. Working closely with other IT team members and departments to address larger systemic issues and develop long-term solutions to recurring problems;
