Doświadczenie w pracy:
Since 2021, I have worked at Danfoss, a Danish manufacturing company specializing in heating and cooling solutions. I held the position of Technical Marketing Specialist in a division that produces thermostats, radiator sensors and floor heating. My main responsibilities included:
Launching new products in the respective markets (EU, USA, China, Turkey, Ukraine), this included Roadmap creation identifying steps, timelines and responsibilities for successfull introduction of a product to the market.
In order to collect all the data (technical information, documentation, certification, export control documentation, photos) and ensure the possibility of ordering products online, I collaborated with designers, engineers, product managers, sales, distribution centers and production.
Later, I started managing product modification projects (Change requests) such as packaging changes, design changes, or changes in actual product features.
For such projects, I used the Agile methodology because, quite often, adjustments were made in the process, and the outcome changed accordingly so that it meets customers’ needs.
And in 2022, I was promoted to the position of Product Portfolio Coordinator.
I continued to launch new products, but also I got the responsibility for optimizing the whole portfolio by analyzing it and identifying low-performing positions based on sales performance and product obsolescence, for which I worked closely with product managers and sales teams from different countries.
After completing the portfolio analysis, I launched the complexity reduction cancellation wave project.
For this project, I combined such techniques as Waterfall and CPM (Critical Path Method):
CPM was great for planning the workflow, prioritizing tasks, identifying connections between tasks and their impact on the next ones.
It was also effective for the team to clearly understand the impact of errors or delays on the next steps and on the project as a whole. But I always kept extra time in reserve for such cases.
Waterfall was appropriate because one task had a direct impact on the next, and the project also required detailed documentation of costs, resources used, and the final result in numbers.
