It's a modern concept ofhealthy, balanced and incredibly tasty food together with the stylishdesign of the place.I have strong experience in creating the menu, gathering thekitchen with all the equipment, staff training and all the kitchenmanagement.I have a solid background in the culinary industry,starting from the Line Cook position and growing to the ExecutiveChef in 8 years. I have experience working in Argentina, Buenos Aires, where I wasa Head Chef at Dandy and Nemury Terra restaurant specializing insteaks and Argentinean national food - asado. It was an amazingexperience for me, adapting to another country's standards, learningtheir national food. Apart from being a Head Chef, I focus on meat, fish, vegetablescooking. I am an expert in making sous-vide proteins and gourmetsalads. I know how to develop a special seasonal menu, takinginto account the location and strength of the restaurant.
