Анна Лобань - CV UI/Ux designer, web designer, design system, graphic designer

I lead projects from idea to launch. My main goal is to create a quality web experience. I strive to ensure that each project provides users with convenience and pleasant impressions, thanks to careful attention to detail and user-centered design principles. I create intuitive web interfaces that help businesses grow by increasing conversion rates. I work with educational content and learning tools. I also deal with the interfaces of administrative panels. In my work, I design and utilize a design system (UI Kit, component library, guidelines). I maintain documentation and create onboarding materials for new team members. I manage the design team and processes (backlog, prioritization, workflow optimization, quality control). I tackle tasks where design directly impacts team performance and business outcomes.
