Key Responsibilities & Achievements:
Programmed, set up, and operated high-precision 5-axis Grob machining centers (G150, G350, G550, G750) with Heidenhain iTNC 640/740 controls.
Performed complex 5-axis simultaneous machining of parts including drive unit housings, shafts, and titanium turbocharger blades.
Interpreted technical drawings and specifications to ensure manufacturing accuracy, working to a quality grade of IT4 with parallelism/perpendicularity tolerances within 0.02mm over 400mm.
Set up and managed tool data in the machine's tool table, loading assembled tooling into the magazine.
Operated a variety of cutting tools (roughing/finishing face mills, solid end mills, drills, boring tools) from leading brands (MRT, Sandvik, Walter, Iscar, etc.).
Machined a wide range of materials, including pre- and post-hardened steels (40Kh, 40KhGS), stainless steel, and titanium.
