Developed and implemented a system for automatic detection and monitoring of the validity period of
user certificates for smart card authentication. The use of Zabbix
UserParameters made it possible to set up proactive alerts 7 days before the expiry date,
which prevented 100% of cases of staff access to banking systems being blocked.
Developed and implemented Telegram-based alert bots for critical
systems (including SWIFT monitoring and server temperature alerts), improving
incident visibility and response time (ChatOps approach).
Implemented Endpoint Security policies in Microsoft Intune for automated application of
BitLocker, ensuring centralised disk encryption on user devices and
improving information security compliance.
Performed Active Directory administration, including OU structure management, GPO policies
and user account lifecycle operations.
Support and maintenance of mission-critical Windows infrastructure in an enterprise
banking environment with high availability and strict change control requirements.
Administered Zabbix 7.2.2 in a production environment, developed custom templates, triggers
and alerting rules for servers and network devices.
Participation in the full incident handling cycle: alert analysis, log investigation,
service status verification, and escalation in accordance with internal procedures.
Supported and administered Microsoft Intune for centralised configuration and management of
end-user devices.
Participated in change implementation and post-change verification, ensuring compliance with internal
banking regulations and production stability.
