I have over six years of experience across customer support operations, Tier 3 technical escalation handling, operations leadership, and media partnership management, with exposure to enterprise environments, iGaming platforms, and digital sports media ecosystems. Most recently, I worked as a Media Partnership Specialist with Sportscafe.in, where I managed partnerships and collaboration initiatives within the sports and iGaming space. In this role, I identified and closed external partnerships, including a league-level collaboration for exclusive content. I onboarded and managed content authors, video editors, podcast guests, and social media promotion partners, while coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and structured documentation. Prior to this, I worked with Beyondsoft Software Solutions as a Customer Support Engineer handling Tier 3 escalations for Microsoft for Startups (Founders Hub). I supported startups across Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and GitHub, collaborating with global Microsoft engineering and support teams to resolve complex technical issues. I managed high-volume, SLA-driven workloads, conducted incident trend and root cause analysis, and maintained consistently high customer satisfaction. Earlier in my career, I held multiple leadership roles at Goolglobal in a regulated iGaming environment, where I led customer support teams, managed VIP and high-priority escalations, ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, and implemented workflows to improve efficiency and service quality. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for high performance, quality delivery, and strong ownership in fast-paced environments.
