HI! My name is - Islam Gadzhiev, I'm the Head/TechLead of Development teams, and the Senior Fullstack developer by myself with over 8 years of experience 😁 In recent years, I've led complex projects, managing development at the software architecture development and delivery level, defining development strategy, integrations, and product/business communications. For example, I created AI systems for federal Russian water provisioning company, including customer assistants and PostgreSQL integrations, which helped optimize citizen inquiries (an AI-first system). I also developed a multi-user condominium (house owners associations) management system from scratch for the US market, which included everything from a ReactJS/NextJS and NodeJS architecture to CI/CD and infrastructure with PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Clouds (AWS), and Kuber. Under my leadership, the team not only implemented modern practices but also increased system performance by 30-40%. Also worked with HR-tech and the dev-tech companies, I added the product to the federal software registry, updated the infrastructure and client products, and improved performance by 3-5 times depending on the service. Together with the team, I also implemented several new services, both internal (platform-specific) and client-side. In terms of team management, I was able to build effective development teams, which significantly accelerated releases and improved code quality. I also have experience working with mobile applications, enterprise systems, WebView, and Mobile SDKs, etc. I applied architectural design patterns and system design practices for multi-user and high-load systems.
