KONSTANTIN Football Coach PROFILE Dedicated and ambitious Youth Football Coach with experience in developing players across multiple age groups, from beginners to academy-level athletes. Since starting my coaching career in 2021, I have worked within private football academies and an academy affiliated with FC Zenit, focusing on long-term player development, technical and tactical education, and competitive performance. My coaching philosophy emphasizes creating a positive learning environment where every player can maximize their potential while developing discipline, confidence, teamwork, and a passion for football. COACHING EXPERIENCE Football School affiliated with FC Zenit Youth Football Coach 2021 – Present * Deliver training sessions following the FC Zenit Academy methodology. * Coach multiple youth age groups. * Plan seasonal training programmes and weekly microcycles. * Prepare teams for league matches, tournaments and championships. * Support the individual development of talented players. * Several of my former players have progressed to the main teams of the FC Zenit Academy.
