Extensive experience in iron ore, tantalum and diamond mining operations across Ukraine, Rwanda, Angola and Finland.
Successfully managed a tantalum mining project in Rwanda, leading a workforce of 62 employees and supervising mine development, stripping operations, drilling and blasting, equipment commissioning, production planning and safety management. Achieved production targets of approximately 12 tonnes of tantalum concentrate per month and improved operational efficiency by implementing a 24-hour three-shift production system.
Former Chief Mechanical Engineer of a major iron ore processing plant, managing more than 250 maintenance personnel and 12 mechanical engineers responsible for crushing, grinding, classification, magnetic separation and concentrate filtration systems.
