We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist in the Turkish representative office of a Russian company.

We have one hotel «Spektr Hotel Bodrum» (35 rooms) and two restaurants in Bodrum.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

  • Recruitment (posting vacancies, analyzing responses, telephone interviews, initial interviews for management and office positions, arranging manager interviews).
  • Plan and ensure timely using of various recruitment methods such as advertising in the media, through the hotel establishments, agencies, executive search and internal advertisements.
  • Analyzing the labor market (job openings, salary expectations);
  • Facilitating the induction, orientation and training process for new employees;
  • Complying with department policies and procedures.
  • Administering payroll, company benefits package, participating in organizing corporate events, congratulating employees.
  • Ensures all HR processes comply with local legislation and according to parent company requirements.
  • Responsible for updating HR documents according to local legislation and business needs.
  • Participates in the hiring, transfer, termination, etc. processes. Scans employee documents for transfer to HR records contractor.
  • Updates job descriptions.
  • Maintains timesheets, vacation schedules.
  • Signing personnel documents with employees.
  • Interaction with the contractor on the ongoing process of health and safety training, hygiene and medical examinations.
  • Reporting to management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years of Human Resources Manager experience.
  • Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in Turkish and English; writing, using correct grammar, spelling and sentence structure.
  • Russian language is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel applications.
  • Local labor law knowledge and experience in practicing.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally.

Conditions:

  1. Place of work: Bodrum, Yalikavak, Spektr Hotel Bodrum.
  2. Work schedule: 6/1.
  3. Salary from 20 000 TL.
  4. Complimentary employee meals.
