RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with architects and art directors to develop unique concepts of multimedia shows

• Identify and recruit media artists and creative specialists alongside the project manager; oversee and coordinate additional participants.

• Develop the visual style of the project in collaboration with the art director.

• Design the creative mechanics of installations and user interaction scenarios with the art director and developer.

• Write synopses and directorial scripts for audiovisual and interactive content.

• Participate in and supervise the development of the concept with the creator.

• Manage and oversee creative implementation at all project stages, including team briefings.

• Supervise production, installation, and commissioning stages.

• Make key project decisions and manage client communications with the producer, including presentation preparation and defense.

• Balance achieving high-quality project outcomes with team development, maintaining team strength and motivation.

• Efficiently use team resources according to the work schedule and project budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Portfolio required.

• Excellent understanding of interactive content, user interaction mechanics, and market trends

• Strong artistic sensibility.
