- Knowledge of Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, SQL, and Linux
- Proven track record within a technical lead/architect role
- Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
- Proficient in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Fluent in English.
