Purchasing and logistics managerLOT Bulgaria's skilled team of specialists has successfully implemented system solutions for more than 400 customers in 10 countries in Europe and Asia, covering various industries including transport operators, subways, light rail, railways, ski resorts, industrial facilities, retail and financial institutions, educational institutions. and service industries such as fitness centres, amusement parks and stadiums.

LOT Group offers more than 30 specialised models of turnstiles, as well as validators of transport cards/ tokens, vending machines for purchase/refill of payment instruments, equipment for automatic parking.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing the company with the necessary raw materials and supplies (including microelectronics components) to manufacture products
Market analysis, search for suppliers, negotiation and conclusion of contracts
Planning, optimisation and control of procurement processes
Formation of optimal inventory level
Analysing the cost of production and bringing its indicators to an efficient and optimal level
Organisation and optimisation of the logistics of raw materials, materials and product components within and outside Bulgaria
Maintain documentation and reporting on procurement and logistics issues

Requirements:

Fluency in Bulgarian and English is a must! Knowledge of Russian or other languages will be a plus.
Proven experience in manufacturing supply projects is a must!
Strong understanding of the raw materials market (microelectronics components will be a significant advantage).
Having an existing supplier base will be an advantage.
Experience with CRM systems will be a plus.
