A large chain of low-price stores is hiring for the position of Network Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Search for premises for trade on the outskirts of Jakarta, as well as those located in populated areas near Jakarta (cities: Bekasi, Depok, Bogor, Tangerang, South Tangerang) and a short distance from them, near busy roads, on the first line.
• Negotiation
• Preparing the presentation of the object.
• Conducting a contract campaign.
• Launch of a store.
Requirements:
• Knowledge of English, Russian is required.
• Availability of personal vehicles
• Understanding of basic requirements and ability to organize construction/engineering work on site.
• Knowledge of government requirements. organizations to open stores, obtaining the necessary licenses.
Conditions:
• The work schedule is free, in accordance with the contract.
• The nature of the work is traveling and remote. There is no connection to the office.
• Salary from 400 USD/month
• Good Bonus for opening each store
