Job Description: As a PVC Profile Engineer at Eco Plastics Ltd, you will be responsible for the production of PVC window and gutter profiles. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to optimize the extrusion process, troubleshoot issues and maintain the equipment. You will also work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that products meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize PVC window and gutter profile extrusion processes
Troubleshoot and solve issues related to the extrusion process and equipment
Ensure product quality and consistency
Maintain production equipment and schedule preventive maintenance
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely production and delivery of products
Train and supervise technicians on proper production procedures
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in PVC profile extrusion
Knowledge of PVC resin properties and processing conditions
Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
