ISEI is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Country Manager to drive the development of our business in Cyprus. This is more than an operational leadership role — it is an opportunity to shape market strategy, expand our retail footprint, build high-performing teams, and influence the future growth of the brand in the region.

What You Will Be Responsible For Business Growth & Financial Performance

• Drive revenue, profitability, and margin growth across the Cyprus market.
• Own regional P&L performance and budget management.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver and exceed commercial KPIs.

Retail Expansion & Market Development

• Lead the opening of new retail locations.
• Evaluate and optimize existing stores.
• Expand market presence through new sales channels and B2B partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for sustainable business growth.

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, inspire, and develop high-performing retail and administrative teams.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and customer excellence.

Operations & Process Optimization

• Improve retail, logistics, inventory, and customer service processes.
• Ensure efficient stock management and inventory control.
• Implement KPI-driven management and reporting systems.
• Drive operational excellence across all business functions.

Strategic Partnerships & Representation

• Build long-term relationships with landlords, shopping centers, suppliers, contractors, and government institutions.
• Represent the company in negotiations and strategic business discussions.
• Support brand visibility and market positioning in Cyprus.

E-commerce & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with the European e-commerce team to grow online sales.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, Logistics, IT, Legal, and Category Management teams.
• Support regional marketing initiatives and customer acquisition campaigns.

What We Are Looking For Experience

1.  5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or regional management
2.  Proven track record of managing business performance and commercial KPIs
3.  Experience opening new retail locations and scaling operations
4.  Strong background in team leadership and organizational development
5.  Experience in negotiations with business partners and stakeholders

Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and operational processes

Skills
