We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant manager to join our team and ensure high-quality financial accounting, including work in 1C. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining accounting records in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.

• Accounting for fixed assets, inventory, and settlements with suppliers and contractors.

• Working with primary documentation (verification, processing, archiving).

• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.

• Preparing documents and reports for management, banks, regulatory authorities, and auditors.

• Participating in internal financial audits and inventory checks.

• Cooperating with internal departments on accounting-related matters.

• Supporting and managing the company’s document flow.

Key Skills: 

Hard Skills: 

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.

• Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation.

• Experience working with accounting software (1C, Excel, etc.).

• At least 2 years of experience working with 1C: Enterprise 8.

• In-depth knowledge of the standard configuration 1C “Trade Management” (UTP).

• Understanding of financial, managerial, and accounting principles.

• Experience in configuring standard UTP processes (procurement, sales, warehouse, income and expenses, finance, settlements management).

• Ability to analyze company business processes and propose optimal solutions in 1C.

• Skills in preparing technical specifications, instructions, and user documentation.

Will be an advantage: 

• Participation in 1C implementation projects.

• Availability of 1C certifications.

• Ability to work with large volumes of information and strong attention to detail.

• Analytical thinking, responsibility, and punctuality.

• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.

• English proficiency will be an advantage.

• Legal right to live and work in Hungary.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of information.
