We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented specialist to join our team at the wood pellet production facility. We offer stable employment with modern equipment and a full support package for comfortable work. 💰Salary &Conditions: Salary: 35,000 UAH (approx. $ 800– $ 850 per month, or € 700). Work Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts. Accommodation: Provided FREE OF CHARGE (comfortable living conditions). Transportation: Free corporate shuttle to and from the workplace. 🛠KeyResponsibilities: Production Process Control: Monitoring the full cycle from raw material input to the finished product. Boiler Operation: Operating and maintaining a sawdust-fired boiler system. Drying Management: Monitoring and controlling hot air supply to the drying chamber. Raw Material Processing: Overseeing the grinding process and transferring material for granulation. Granulator Management: Full operation of the pellet mill (start-up, shutdown, regular cleaning, and maintenance). Quality & Storage: Monitoring the cooling process of finished pellets and their transfer to storage bins. Maintenance: Routine maintenance and minor repairs of the machinery. 🏗Candidate Requirements: Previous experience on production lines is preferred (training will be provided for the right candidate). Technical mindset and understanding of mechanical systems. Reliability, attentiveness, and a professional work ethic. Commitment to maintaining high production standards
