Position: Retention Agent

Location: Remote (Based Odessa, Ukraine)

The Opportunity

We are looking for Retention Agents to join our dynamic and multicultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, enhance loyalty, and drive long-term engagement with our company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.

• Contact clients by phone, email, or chat to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

• Educate clients about trading platforms, products, and available tools.

• Assist clients with inquiries and guide them through the trading process.

• Work towards achieving individual and team targets.

• Support clients in developing their trading potential.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Retention is a very strong advantage.

• A strong «winner's spirit» and positive attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• High motivation to learn and grow in the financial sector.

• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
