We are expanding our sales department and looking for motivated professionals interested in career growth and working with corporate clients and international partners. If you are looking to develop in the sales industry and become part of a strong and ambitious team — we would be happy to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily phone negotiations with clients in English or German;
• Make cold calls using an existing client database during the probation period and work with warm leads after successfully completing it;
• Achieve sales targets and daily target's;
• Support clients throughout all stages of the deal: before, during, and after closing.

Requirements:

• Ambitious, communicative, and confident English proficiency (C1 level);
• Result-oriented mindset and clear personal goals;
• Stress resistance and readiness for constant communication and negotiations;
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally;
• Strong motivation for personal and career development;
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

What we offer:

• Salary: fixed rate starting from $1,500 + performance-based bonuses;
• Office-based work only (hybrid or remote format is not available);
• Average total income after the probation period starts from $4,000+ depending on KPI performance;
• Monthly bonuses for achieving sales targets;
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5/2 (starting hours discussed individually);
• Compensation for internal training programs.
