The workflow is organized, structured, and supported by clear internal guidelines and a coordinated team.

📌 Key responsibilities:
• managing written communication with clients via chat and messaging platforms;
• responding promptly to incoming requests in accordance with service standards;
• providing consultations based on prepared scripts and internal instructions;
• assisting users in finding suitable solutions for their inquiries;
• supporting clients until their request is fully resolved.

💰 Compensation:
• starting income from $600;
• average earnings range from $900 to $1500+ 📈;
• performance-based bonuses;

🕒 Work schedule:
• fully remote format;
• 6/1 schedule (six working days, one day off);
• 8-hour shifts;
• day or night shift available depending on preference.

🎓 Training & onboarding:
