The international IT company Andersen is looking for an HR Assistant who will join its Batumi teamand add value to the company’s development while maintaining its unique culture and atmosphere.

We invite an HR Assistant, who can bring coziness and comfort with them, to join our friendly team.

Tasks:

• Supporting HR processes: onboarding, communication with employees, job termination and exit interviews, referral program recruitment, etc.;
• Regularly communicating with the office employees and managers to monitor the state of relations within the team and maintain a healthy atmosphere in it;
• Providing assistance in organizing and holding corporate educational and team-building events;
• Maintaining the company's HR brand and corporate culture;
• Interacting and cooperating with the distributed HR team, taking part in HR projects at the corporate level, and participating in methodological work on improving HR processes;
• Ensuring and maintaining the office functioning, organizing procurement, and maintaining accounts;
• Ensuring a document flow (receiving and processing both incoming and outgoing correspondence from couriers and post office, as well as going around the city when required);
• Handling various household issues (calling facility maintenance specialists, maintaining cleanliness and order, etc.).

Must-haves:

• University degree;
• Ability to create and maintain a positive work culture;
• Ability to multitask and handle large amounts of information;
• Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written);
• Active attitude to life, radiating energy, and a positive mindset;
• Level of English – from Pre-Intermediate;
• Level of Georgian and Russian – from Intermediate.

Nice-to-haves:

• Basic or additional training in personnel management;
• Degree in psychology;
• Experience in the IT sector.
