About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Social Media Manager to join our global team on a fully remote basis. In this entry-level position, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our brand’s presence across social media platforms by generating high-quality, engaging content from the comfort of your home using your personal computer. Location, nationality, religion, or native language are not factors — what matters is your ability to deliver results and communicate effectively in writing.

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop and execute content plans, including creating original posts, captions, stories, Reels/short videos, carousels, and other formats tailored to different platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, etc.).

•  Generate and adapt visual and textual content at home using your PC — no on-location filming or external shoots required. All materials will be produced digitally with tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.

•  Schedule and publish content according to approved calendars while maintaining brand voice and consistency.

•  Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and help build a positive community.

•  Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and contribute ideas for optimization.

•  Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, bringing fresh creative ideas to the team.

•  Collaborate remotely with other team members to align content with overall marketing goals.

•  Meet or exceed agreed-upon content volume and quality targets on schedule. 

The focus is on quality, creativity, and timely delivery rather than fixed hours. Success is measured by results and adherence to the content plan.

Requirements

•  Strong written English skills at Intermediate+ (B1/B2 or higher) — you must be able to express ideas clearly, engagingly, and professionally in text. 

•  Passion for social media, creativity, and digital culture. A good eye for visuals, trends, and what resonates with audiences.

•  Basic familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or equivalents). Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later) is a plus.

•  Self-motivated, organized, and reliable — able to work independently in a remote setting.

•  Experience as an SMM or in digital marketing/content creation is welcomed but not required. We value potential, enthusiasm, and a strong portfolio of personal or freelance work.

•  Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace setup for consistent productivity.

•  Ability to be reachable via Telegram for quick communication during working periods.

Compensation

We offer a competitive weekly compensation of $150 USD per week, paid every week via your preferred international method (e.g., PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency — specified during onboarding).

This rate reflects the fully remote, flexible nature of the role and our global hiring approach. It provides strong earning potential and stability for talented professionals in many regions, while allowing us to build a high-performing international team focused on results rather than location-based costs. 

Performance-based bonuses or increases may be available after consistent delivery of high-quality content and measurable contributions to engagement goals.
