ANTA Group is looking for an experienced Technical Director to oversee the construction and technical management of multiple apartment-hotel projects in Bali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3–4 construction projects simultaneously
• Oversee construction, technical processes and project implementation
• Manage and coordinate contractors, engineers and construction teams
• Ensure projects meet quality, technical and timeline requirements
• Review technical documentation and resolve construction-related issues

Requirements:

• Technical / Engineering degree
• Proven experience as a Technical Director, Chief Engineer or similar senior technical role
• Experience managing residential, real estate, apartment or apartment-hotel construction projects
• Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and technical documentation
• English — fluent
• Indonesian — fluent
• Russian — a plus, but not required
• Currently based in Bali
