Position Description
We are looking for a responsible and communicative specialist to handle phone sales and customer support. You will answer incoming calls, assist customers with their orders, and communicate with customers in the United States.
This position is a good fit for candidates with strong English skills, an interest in sales, and a basic understanding of automotive parts.
Main Responsibilities
Answer and handle incoming calls in English;
Check auto parts availability in the warehouse;
Check part compatibility with customers’ vehicles;
Create work orders and invoices and process payments;
Send tracking numbers to customers;
Provide post-sale customer support;
Offer additional parts and accessories (upselling);
Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding order priorities;
Enter customer information into the CRM / Checkmate system.
Requirements
English — advanced level (C1+);
Customer service experience;
Understanding of vehicle construction and experience working with auto parts;
Good communication skills;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
At least 1 year of work experience;
Experience working with CRM systems;
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely on a stable basis.
