Applicants must have student status and be able to communicate in English. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

💰 SALARY:

• 🎓 Students under 26 years old: 35 PLN net/hour.

The student rate applies after providing valid confirmation of student status and meeting the relevant payment conditions.

📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Loading and unloading containers with goods.
• Picking and preparing orders.
• Scanning boxes and placing them into designated containers.
• Repacking and sorting products.
• Preparing goods for shipment.
• Checking orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Performing other warehouse-related tasks.

The main duties involve warehouse operations, including picking, loading and unloading.

Average package weight: 10–15 kg.

🕒 WORK SCHEDULE:

Two schedule options are available:

8-hour shifts:

• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00

12-hour shifts:

• 06:00–18:00
• 10:00–22:00
• 18:00–06:00
• 22:00–10:00

Additional information:

• Rotating shift system.
• Saturday work may be required.
• Minimum working hours: approximately 160–170 hours per month.
• During busy periods, it is possible to work up to 260 hours per month.
• During peak season (September–December), work may be scheduled from Monday to Saturday.

IMPORTANT: Free organized transportation to the workplace is provided ONLY for employees working 12-hour shifts. No organized transportation is available for 8-hour shifts.

🏠 ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT:

• Accommodation can be arranged in Żary.
• Free transportation to the warehouse is available for employees working 12-hour shifts.
• No organized transportation is provided for 8-hour shifts.

Please inform the recruiter in advance if you need accommodation and whether you intend to use organized transportation.

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Men and women.
• Student status is mandatory.
• Good command of English is mandatory.
• Age: approximately 18–50/55 years.
• Readiness to perform physical work.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Availability to work on Saturdays if required.
• Responsibility, attention to detail and discipline.
• Compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Knowledge of Polish is NOT required. English is the main communication language.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Productivity targets apply.
• Employees must follow workplace rules and maintain good discipline.
• Mobile phones are not allowed inside the warehouse.
• Smoking is permitted only during breaks in the designated smoking area.
• Small earrings are allowed.
• The canteen and social facilities are temporarily located in containers. Permanent facilities are still being prepared.
