• We are a recruiting agency Customer Service Representative Description What you’ll do: The Customer Service Representative Role is a vital function of the CS team. The successful applicant would be expected to proactively work with different departments and individuals including sales people, supply chain, couriers and suppliers. Typical duties will include: Dealing with Customer Queries until completion Liaising with Sales and Supply Chain to resolve problems Requesting RMAs with Suppliers / Negotiating with Suppliers to return products Communicating with couriers to ensure deliveries/collections are made Professional Communication Problem Solving Working to meet required SLA Stock movements Credits to Customer and from Suppliers What you need to succeed: Must-have: Excellent ability to multitask Strong planning and organisation Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail Working in a busy/ high volume environment is essential Call and email handling IT background preferable but not a necessity Proven Customer service skills Good knowledge of IT platforms, equipment and applications is desirable Nice to have: Motivated and driven Ability to be proactive with proactive thinking Ability to work on own initiative and in a team Keen eye to detail Positive, enthusiastic and supportive individual Effective communication skills Ability to take ownership of and progress queries to resolution Communication and interpersonal skills including listening, building rapport, establishing empathy whilst demonstrating awareness of internal and external issues in a calm and polite manner Ability to work under pressure and apply existing knowledge to unknown areas Ability to multitask Ability to work in a team and to support team members Structured troubleshooting skills and inquisitive nature Passionate, professional, with a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times Problem management and Problem solving Please write me your salary expectations, experience and CV link.
