Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Product Owner to work on a large-scale project for one of our German partners.

The task is to design, develop, and integrate features for the Avatar Cloud mobile application and back-end infrastructure. Currently, it supports such services as virtual fitting and fitness. The product consists of a cloud-supported mobile app and is built on the basis of the customer’s 3D scanners.

The customer is a German company that specializes in software development. The company stands for the development of next-generation technologies and applications that combine Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Virtual Reality (VR) to create the next Extended Reality (XR).

Tasks:

- Identifying areas for the process improvement and optimization together with the development team;

- Planning and executing product launches;

- Closely working with the product customer/business teams to create and maintain the product backlog;

- Writing high-level requirements (Epics and Stories);

- Contributing to the elimination of errors throughout the development cycle;

- Planning sprints and prioritizing requirements together with the development team.

Must-haves:

- Experience as a Product Owner and/or Project Manager for 2+ years;

- Understanding of software development tools and techniques and experience with Agile methodologies;

- Skills in the effective management of customer expectations;

- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances (priorities, requirements, deadlines, etc.);

- Strong leadership, coordination, negotiation, and presentation skills;

- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems and settle conflicts;

- Experience in cross-functional teams;

- Level of English – Intermediate.

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with consumer-oriented applications (UX);

- Experience with GDPR.
