An international company with unique competences in the metallurgical waste sector is looking for a SALES AGENT/TRADER (permanent position) in Sheffield and Bridgend.
The scope is b2b sector, negotiating with factories and businesses.
Requirements:
1. have successful experience in negotiating in the B2B segment in international trade;
2. driving licence and a car is a must,
3. Willingness to undertake long business trips of 1-2 weeks,
4. Experienced in CRM, experienced PC and office software user
5. Ability to quickly find necessary information on the network, social networks, B2B platforms as well as other public sources of the Internet;
6. Be able to conduct business correspondence skillfully;
OBJECTIVES
1. Sales:
- Constant growth in personal sales figures (revenue, sales volume, margins);
- Continuous growth in the number of clients;
- Negotiation at all stages of the sales funnel:
Qualifications:
- Presentation;
- Negotiation to close the deal;
- Working with objections;
- Conclusion of the contract
- Supervising the execution of the deal;
- Work with CRM
- Entering complete and up to date information on all negotiations into CRM:
- Client Cards;
- Promotion of the deal through the sales funnel;
- Entering information at each point of contact (call, meeting, e-mail, messengers)
- Participation in the development of strategic and tactical plans of the company;
- Participation in working meetings;
- Maintaining working and reporting documentation;
Conditions:
7% of marginal profit, for a trial period we offer a basic salary
