Now we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist

Place of work: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

• • telephone customer service (hotline for incoming calls)
  • telephone contact with private customers, contractors and the customs service
  • clarifying questions related to the turnover of shipments, warehouse orders, specification of invoices
  • taking care of the company's image by building relationships with customers
  • consulting on Nova Poshta Polska's services

Requirements:

• • experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing systems and processes
  • you communicate confidently in English
  • communicativeness, the ability to conduct telephone conversations and high personal culture
  • initiative and independence in action
  • availability from Mon-Fri from 10 am to 6 pm
  • knowledge of the Polish language is welcome
  • practical experience in the supply chain – will be in an asset
