Now we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist
Place of work: Warsaw
Responsibilities:

- telephone customer service (hotline for incoming calls)
- telephone contact with private customers, contractors and the customs service
- clarifying questions related to the turnover of shipments, warehouse orders, specification of invoices
- taking care of the company's image by building relationships with customers
- consulting on Nova Poshta Polska's services
Requirements:
-
- experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing systems and processes
- you communicate confidently in English
- communicativeness, the ability to conduct telephone conversations and high personal culture
- initiative and independence in action
- availability from Mon-Fri from 10 am to 6 pm
- knowledge of the Polish language is welcome
- practical experience in the supply chain – will be in an asset
