Responsibilities:
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
Create and publish job ads
Work with HR managers within our organization to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions
Use skill assessment tools to screen candidates and interview potential candidates (initial calls)
Ensure the best-in-class candidate experience from the end-to-end hiring process
Screen candidates in various stages of the application process and move qualified candidates through our talent pipeline
Create a stable flow of new candidates all year round in all the states.
Communicate frequently with HR managers to understand the unique needs of our company
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until the initiation of onboarding
Qualification requirements
Great communication skills
Experience with social media recruiting
High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different tasks as needed
Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
Positive, team-oriented attitude
English B2+
