Description: Polish work agency looking for Pakistani supervisor (with Polish language) for the Pakistani crew at the supermarket warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 20 or more warehouse employees.
Teach the new employees, supervise and help them in their first 14 days of work.
Provide new employees with detailed instructions for working with the scanner and electronic forklift.
Your duties will also include regular warehouse work: picking goods using the terminal, assembling goods according to orders, handling an electric trolley, maintaining order in the workplace.
No experience needed, we will be teaching you, so later you can teach other employees who only speak Urdu or English.
• Salary:
from 21.70 PLN\brutto - 16.00 PLN\netto- 1-st efficiency threshold;
up to 30.76 PLN\brutto - 23.50 PLN\netto - 5-th efficiency threshold;
• Average salary per month: 4500-5000 zlotys/netto + bonus for supervising.
• Efficiency (Akord) is measured according to the number of collected products per hour, this number can always be checked on your scanner.
• Work schedule: 10-12 hours daily, 190-240 hours monthly. Weekly day and night shifts, 6 days per week:
- Day shift (from 9 a.m. to 6-9 p.m., 1 day off);
- Night shift (from 9 p.m. to 6-9 a.m., 1 day off);
• Work indoors, temperature 4-19 degrees.
