Retail Development Specialist.

Region -Central Thailand

In the developing project of an international company - a network of food discounters, we invite professionals with an active lifestyle who know the real estate market in the Central Thailand

Functional responsibilities:

- search for premises for stores that meet the requirements of the company and within the time frame set by the company

- negotiations on the lease of premises as much as possible on the terms of the company, bringing to the signing of a lease agreement for 5 or more years

- organizing the launch (opening) of the store. Including:

--- registration of all necessary documentation in municipal and other bodies

--- control over the performance of work by contractors and the owner of the premises.

--- prepare internal documents and presentations for approval of the selected premises at the investment committee.

From candidates we expect:

Negotiation skills, good communication skills

Ability to make independent decisions

High mobility

Experience in opening up stores and/or leasing real estate properties preferred

Skills and knowledge:

Intermediate MS Office user

Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Thai and Russian languages is desirable

Having a car is highly desirable.
