Responsibilities:

You will develop software systems with a focus on Java and ideally have expertise in one or more of the following areas: DevOps, cloud technologies, event/message-driven systems, or Angular.

In customer projects, you will be responsible for analysis, design, implementation, documentation, and testing. You will also support the selection of suitable development methodologies, effort estimations, software architectures, and project processes.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with over 5 years of experience in Java Fullstack development and strong team and communication skills.

Ideally, you have additional expertise in one of the following four areas:

DevOps

Kubernetes and/or OpenShift

Infrastructure automation and system configuration (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins) as well as experience in cloud orchestration (e.g. Docker ecosystem)

Software configuration management, build systems, and version control (e.g. Git, Subversion, Maven, Sonatype Nexus, SonarQube)

Cloud technologies

Development experience in a cloud environment (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure)

Usage, implementation, and configuration of AWS or Microsoft Azure components

Configuration and assembly of the AWS or Azure cloud environment

Event/message-driven systems

Event-driven systems and event sourcing (Apache Kafka, etc.)

Container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift, and similar)

Microservice architecture and domain-driven design

Angular

Web development with frontend technologies (Angular, React, Bootstrap)

Object-oriented design and implementation
