Colleagues are required to join our factory in the outskirts of Northampton for the shoe assembly department.
Your main job will be to perform some selected operations related to the production/assembly of shoes, such as hemming the sides and toes, pressing and loading the sole, molding, processing the sole, etc. It is possible to change work shops!
Conditions:
Work in two shifts.
As part of a rich social program, we also provide children's summer camps, tickets for cultural and sports events, season tickets, trips and discounts in company stores.
We provide medical care directly at our factory + massages, physiotherapy.
Catering directly at the factory - lunch, dinner.
• Work shifts (per week): 40-60 working hours / 6-7 days (additional hours are available upon request).
• Salary:
- Rate per hour: £13
- Payment for additional hours: 15£
