Responsibilities
●Liaising with banks, managing bank accounts through Internet banking, opening bank accounts and filling KYC
●Liaising with HMRC, Home office
●Provide active support to Director and his wife on various matters, including local adaptation and resolving everyday issues
●Liaising and overseeing contractors, consultants, designers and other professionals across the principals’ properties, and resolving issues while keeping the principals informed to ensure projects are successfully completed in a smooth manner
●Organizing and managing the work of new office space in London, including dealing with rent and resolving administrative issues
●Working closely with the Family Office staff on capital investment and other common projects
●Organization of meetings, management of calendar
●Liaising with and managing household staff/recruitment and the principals’ properties and vehicles
●Conducting research and analysis on various topics, managing negotiations and selecting of service providers
●Travel support
●Managing rational expenditures of director's funds, cost optimization
●Ad-hoc personal support to Director
Requirements
●At least 5 years of PA work experience, preferably in a Single Family Office
●Master's degree in finance preferred
●Ability to make decisions and work both independently and as part of a team
●Well-organized with the ability to effectively manage a calendar and to keep track of tasks to see them through to the end
●Focus on results
●Effective management and adaptation to fast-changing environments
●Excellent command of English, both oral and written
●Driving license (category B) and a car
●Integrity and honesty
